RE; Basketball hoop on sidewalk
Dear Owners,
This Department has been receiving complaints about the basketball hoop being left on the
sidewalk in front of your property. This is a violation of City of Salem Ordinance 38-7,
obstructing sidewalk with articles. You are directed to remove this basketball hoop immediately
upon receipt of this notice. Failure to remove will result in Municipal tickets and further
enforcement actions.
