I've attached some of the documents that I received from the Salem Board of Health for you to review so that we can resolve these issues as soon as possible. Please let me know when you're available to meet to review these issues and further discuss the next steps. Also, please be aware that I will need at least 24 hours notice of when you will need access to the apartment for review so that I can make the arrangements with the tennant.
