This is to reference to your recent letter without a date about the zoning violation for 6 Lemon Street,
Salem, MA 01970.
We have tried but unsuccessfully to address this issue with the Boston Building Regulatory and Standard
in Boston due to COVID-19. It took longer than expected. We are, however, committed to get an
adequate solution to this issue.
Be rest assure that we will file the appeal of your decision on or before your stipulated date of October
151h,2021. My family wants peace and tranquility in our home in Salem.
