We support granting a TCO for the DAS7 project at 20 Colonial Road based on our deign and
ongoing observations of work for the project meeting the requirements of 780 CMR.Below is a list
of outstanding items that we expect to see resolved by the contractor before a final CO is issued
for the project.We will also follow up with a final as-built set of record documents once the items
below have been completed.

Install Handrail on Entry Ramp per drawings
Install auto operators and push buttons on main entry doors
Install auto operators and push buttons on hub entry doors
Complete installation of MHE and crossovers per egress plan

Paint edges of interior landings at egress doors yellow and red for high contrast
Cover any temp fire alarm system pull boxes to remain
