This Department has received and confirmed a Building Code violation at your property. Specifically,the partially constructed
retaining wall is failing and endangering people below the wall.Mass State Building Code 780 C.M.R section 102.5 Maintenance of
structures.You are directed to contact this office upon receipt of this notice to discuss your plans to correct this situation.
Failure to address will result in Municipal Code tickets and further enforcement actions.If you feel you are aggrieved by this order,
your Appeal is to the Board of Buildings,Regulations and Standards in Boston.If you have any other questions,please contact me
