Dear Mr.Fakhri,
You have reported to me that you are occupying a unit at your property along with Walter Herbert. The
Building has had the occupancy permit revoked by this office and per the State Building Code 780 CMR,
it is illegal for anyone to occupy the Building until all permits have been pulled,repairs made a new
occupancy permit is issued. You are directed to cease occupying this structure immediately.
Failure to address this issue will result in daily fines and further enforcement actions.
If you feel you are aggrieved by this order,your Appeal is to the Board of Buildings,Regulations and
Standards in Boston.
