Dear Ms. Ming,
You have set up a container/trailer office on the property at 70 North Street. You are also aware that your
permit application was not approved.You are in violation of Salem Zoning section 6.2 which prohibits the
operating of a business from a trailer and prohibits any connections. You are also in violation of State Building
Code 780 C.M.R for failure to obtain an occupancy permit.
You are directed to cease this use immediately. Failure to do so,will result in Municipal code tickets and further
enforcement actions.
If you feel you are aggrieved by this action, your Appeal for the Zoning violation is to the Salem Zoning Board
of Appeals.
Your Appeal for Building Code matter is to The Board of Buildings,Regulations and Standards in Boston.
