Dear Mr. St. Pierre,
In accordance with Section 107 of the Massachusetts State Building Code, this office has reviewed the completed
Verizon equipment installation at the above-referenced location. The purpose of the final review was to establish
compliance of the completed project with the approved design plans entitled "Salem 4 MA", Rev.2: Dated
03/19/21, by Advanced Engineering Group, PC, and applicable provisions of the Massachusetts State Building
Code/International Building Code.
It should be noted that this final review was limited,to the installation of proposed Verizon equipment only. It is my
opinion that any minor deviations from the design plans do not endanger the intended function of the facility or the
safety of the public. This letter is not intended to relieve any party responsible for building construction from meeting
the requirements imposed by contract or other means, including commonly accepted industry practices.
Therefore, based on the final review performed, I, Scott N.Adams, licensed professional engineer number 46006,
hereby certify that to the best of my knowledge, information and belief,the work has been done in accordance
with the approved plans and the provisions of the Massachusetts State Building Code.
