Dear Owner,
Our office received a complaint regarding an unsafe condition located at the above property.
As a result of the complaint an inspection was conducted on February 7, 2022. During the inspection
I observed the front porch on the first and second floor had open and rotted areas throughout the
entire structure which makes the structure not safe.
This is a violation of CMR 102.8 which states the owner shall maintain the safety of the building.
You are hereby directed to contact this office immediately upon receipt of this letter to discuss this
matter.
If you feel you are aggrieved by this order;your appeal is to the Board of Buildings,Regulations and
Standards in Boston.
