53-59 Mason Street - Use questions Thomas St. Pierre From: Peter Lutts <Peter@herrickiutts.com> Sent: Tuesday, March 9, 2021 1:50 PM To: Thomas St. Pierre Subject: Re: 53-59 Mason St/38 Commercial St use question Tom, It is my interpretation that the trucking company is following what I outlined below... They are renting space inside building where they have offices. We are happy to have him get more organized and keep space as clean as possible but I specifically asked about this because I did not want this kind of problem. Let me know thanks -Peter From: Peter Lutts<Peter@herricklutts.com> Sent:Tuesday, March 9,2021 1:35 PM To:Thomas St. Pierre<TStpierre@salem.com> Subject: Fw: 53-59 Mason St/38 Commercial St use question From: Peter Lutts<Peter@herricklutts.com> Sent:Tuesday, March 9, 20211:31 PM To:Thomas St. Pierre<TStpierre@salem.com> Subject: Fw: 53-59 Mason St/38 Commercial St use question From: Peter Lutts<Peter@herricklutts.com> Sent:Tuesday, March 9,20211:23 PM To:Scott Grover<SM Grove r@tintinavins.com> Subject: Fw: 53-59 Mason St/38 Commercial St use question From:Thomas St. Pierre<TStpierre@Salem.com> Sent:Wednesday,July 29, 2020 8:45 AM 1 To: Peter Lutts<Peter@herricklutts.com> Subject: RE: 53-59 Mason St/38 Commercial St use question That use is ok.Tom -----Original Message----- From: Peter Lutts<Peter@herricklutts.com> Sent: Monday,July 27,2020 7:22 PM To:Thomas St. Pierre<TStpierre@Salem.com> Subject: Re: 53-59 Mason St/38 Commercial St use question Tom,just trying to get your final thought on below. Its a industrial building where we have warehouses and other miscellaneous business tenants. We currently have Salem Public School buses that park on our lot. We have been approached by a company that needs a place to park trucks. They estimate they will be parking 10-15 trucks, 1 or two of them will be large 18 wheeler types. The longest truck they have is about 60 feet the majority of them are 40 feet. My questions to you is I have looked up zoning and studied it and there is no provision in it regarding this..as our property is business/industrial use I am assuming this is OK? There use to be a large moving company renting the space before we acquired the property We have excess parking and the space to do it on our lot so it works from a practical standpoint They will strictly be storing trucks overnight not dumping anything or material or working on trucks.
