I recently received a complaint and Inspected the hand rails at the front entrance
Of 328 Essex St. I found that the hand rails are in disrepair and need to be repaired .
The condition of the hand rails are a violation of the Building Code. To avoid fines
In the amounts of$50.00, $150.00, $300.00. the rails must be repaired immediately.
If you feel aggrieved by this letter your right of appeal nis to the Board of Building,
Regulations and Standards in Boston.
