Replace 3tab asphalt shingles on side (east and west) slopes of hipped roof only. New shingles to be
Certainteed Landmark in “Charcoal Black”. Slate shingles on front (north) slope of roof to remain in
place and repaired as needed. Approval granted due to low pitch of roof slope and the limited visibility of
roof slopes from a public way.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
