Replace fencing on east and northern property boundaries with new 6’ tall cedar fence as follow:
• Style to be Northeastern Fence “Colonial Privacy Cedar Panel”
• 5 x 5 cedar posts
• Post caps to be cedar “flat cap” style
• Fence to remain unpainted and left to weather

Certificate.
