Pursuant to Mass.Gen.L., ch. 139, Section 3A
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Salem claims$325.00 (Three Hundred
and Twenty-Five Dollars)*due from Robert Morneau and Laura Fielding,owner of record of
the premises at 44 Phillips Street, Salem, Essex County,Massachusetts as set forth in Book
22920,Page 342 in the Southern Essex District Registry of Deeds. Such debt, which became
due on September 27,2018 for emergency board-up service,together with interest of 6%per
annum,hereby constitutes a lien upon the land on which said premises are located this day
of October. 2018.
