Applicant's Description Chimney flashing replacement.
of Work:
We have had some leakage internally around the chimney (picture included), and after
evaluation our chimney flashing has failed and we need to have it replaced. The work
being done will replace the flashing steps with copper, but it is not viewable from the
street because it is underneath lead covering. The lead covering is partially visible on
the front chimney (picture included) and is also worn through and will be replaced with
the same material (lead).
