accordance with Article If of the State Sanitary Code, 105 CMR 410.000. Upon
Inspection the following were noted:

1. Living room ceiling has peeling paint. Removed loose paint and
repaint effected areas. Owner has 24 HOURS to start making a good-
faith effort to correct violation.
7 Days .351 a 2. Living room ceiling light does not work properly having a cord that is
i stuck in place and lacks spring-back, preventing the ability to
consistently turn ceiling light on and off. Repair ceiling light so that it
can turn on and off as designed. Owner has 7 DAYS to start making a
