Ch. 40C) and the Salem Historic Districts Ordinance. Work is not visible from the public way. • Main House o Install a backup generator behind the previously approved AC units and hedge. Work will not be visible from the public way. NOTE: The above work qualifies as non-applicable due to work not being visible from a public way. Should any changes to materials, design or outward appearance be determined necessary and/or work be visible from the public way, the applicant must submit a new application for review. Upon completion of above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans. Should work be completed in non- compliance of this Certificate, a Violation Notice may be issued resulting in possible fines to the applicant.
