1) New Benjamin Moore paint colors:
a. “Rolling Hills” in satin finish for body; and
b. “Cottage Red” in semi-gloss for trim
2) Inkind repair/replacement of building trim and clapboards as needed to match existing materials,
dimensions, design, location and outward appearance.
3) Inkind repair of brick foundation with stucco finish to match existing materials, dimensions,
design, location and outward appearance.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
