Description of Approval of Work:
1) Remove existing window for new entry door and entry staircase per attached plans by Pitman &
Wardley dated 10/19/21 and revised 10/29/21 with the following change:
• Granite curbing to be cut and turned to create an approximately 4 x 4 landing with brick infill.
Landing width to align with dimensions of pathway.
• Applicant to provide drawing of new landing detail for review and approval prior to construction.
NOTE: Wood fence at rear of driveway approved and installed in 2019, to be relocated to align with new
stair and to be painted trim color per condition of 2019 Certificate of Appropriateness.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
