1) Repair existing brick and stucco entry stair on Flint Street (east) elevation with the following change: stairs
treads to be approximately 2 inch thick grey granite with smooth faced nosing to replicate treads on entry
stair on Warren Street façade, as shown on photographs submitted with application.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of Certificate.
