• Exact wood replacement of two rotting fence pickets and two missing shutter louvers (slats) on front of
house.
• Scrape peeling paint off front of house, including front dormers and front door (NO power washing)
and repaint in existing colors.
• Work to be completed on front of house only.
• As there is no specific paint color available, the closest match to shutter color is Benjamin Moore Black
Forest Green. Closest to house and fence color is Benjamin Moore Snowfall White.
Only approved colors in this application will be used. There will be no changes in color, material, design,
location, or outward appearance. Non-applicable due to being in-kind repair.
Upon completion of above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required
to document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
