1) New rear addition per attached plans by Helen Sides dated 10/1/21 with the following conditions:
• Addition roof to be flat not hipped as shown on attached plan;
• Handrails on addition to match handrails on back porch;
• Addition to be painted to match house colors; and
2) New window for second story opening on main house to match existing windows on house, i.e. 2/2
single-glazed windows in wood.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
