The project team will make presentations as follows. Civil Design—Allen&Major will present clarifications and revisions to walkways, storm drainage systems,refinement of the pool/clubhouse area,and other site grading and retention alterations due to site conditions and requisite alignment of building entryways. We are proposing site walkways that all meet ADA requirements as well a concerted effort to preserve public pedestrian flow in and out of the site in general but also to and from the interior dog park. We have eliminated pathways that are either redundant, unnecessary, could not be made to meet ADA, are located in an easement that we are not allowed to build in, or that lead to nowhere. We are proposing no further disturbance of wetland areas nor footprint shifts more than a few feet. We are proposing storm water management system edits that maintain all of the permitted performance levels along with compliance with all state and local code requirements. Landscape—Hawk Design will present clarifications and revisions to the street trees, shade trees, Ornamental trees, and Evergreen trees as well as clarify planting beds around the buildings and entryways. Of particular note—we fully understand the public and pedestrian experience at all property edges,particularly along Traders and First Street, are of critical concern relative to trees, greenery, shade and screening.
