The current water service that feeds 120 Washington Street will continue to support the existing commercial and retail tenants located at the property. The Residential Dwelling Units will be served by the existing 2" domestic water service fed from Washington Street. A new water meter will be required. The current building sanitary drains are collected and piped to a single 6" sanitary drain exiting the building at the Basement ceiling to Washington Street.
