Tom St. Pierre stated that F.W.Webb should be allowed to repaint all existing signage but not
add any new signage. One new F.W. Webb logo, as seen at the top of the North facade(sign
4), is proposed;this is not permitted. As such, I recommend approval for all proposed signs
on the east and west elevations and for the two black band signs and one rectangular"F.W.
.Webb"sign on the north elevation, but not the round logo sign on the north elevation.
