Use of dead bolts, is also in violation of the Fire and Building Codes. Upon inspection, it was found that the occupancy is lacking "EXIT" signs, which are required to be placed over each approved exit door. All exit signs should be posted above the center of approved exit. Failure to have signs posted are required under the authority of Salem Building Inspector. Discussion of Mr. Blenkhorn's Salary at Step 2 per Mayor Levesque's directive. PLAN of SALEM ACRES - PICKMAN PARK CONDEMNATION OF WILLIAM CURLEY.APT. 16 PARK ST. This property has been condenmed as the result of vandalism causing heavy water damage to walls and ceilings which necessitated electricity being shut off. The vandalism occurred in an unoccupied second floor apartment and the water ran into the Curley apartment. Owner- of the property is Larry Gallant. The second floor apartment had been boarded.
