Ch. 40C) and the Salem Historic Districts Ordinance. Door to be painted in California paint “Black”. Approved under Certificate of Non-Applicability: Restore front entry door and install new storm door (not within historic district jurisdiction). There will be no changes in materials, design, dimensions, color or outward appearance. Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of Certificate.
