of Work:
Replace leaking whole house fan louvered dormer and leaking operable skylights with
new skylights. Dormer and 1 skylight are on the rear of the main roof facing the
backyard and Federal Street. They will be replaced with matching Velux solar operable
skylights as close as possible to existing sizes (44 3/4 x 46 1/4). The 2nd operable
skylight is on the side roof facing Monroe Street and will also be replaced with a Velux
solar operable skylight as close in size to the existing skylight as possible (30 9/16 x 46
1/4). Roof will be flashed and patched with matching shingles.
