Doors = C2 Maine
Stair treads = Mahogany stain
• Freshen up stain on front facade of barn, located in the back of the yard
o Color to match existing: Custom Black Stain, produced by Waters & Brown
Only top peak is visible from the street.
Upon completion of above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required
to document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
