Existing marble plinths at base of columns to remain intact. o Install new lift per attached image I by Spencer Preservation Group with the following changes: ■ Front wall of lift to be reduced in height by one step and top railing to be extended in length. All finishes to match drawing. o Granite curbing to be cut and recessed atgrade per attached image 2. O Section offence to be converted to gate per attached image 2. Upon completion of work,please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of Certificate.
