▪ Install new minisplit system at rear of property driveway with condenser to be screened by lattice
fencing with the following conditions:
o Lattice fencing to be approximate height of stone wall;
o Lattice to be square and framed by 1x trim;
o Lattice fencing to be painted to match color of house trim; and
o Final details to be determined in the field by Commissioners Pattison and Meche.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
