Rebuild chimney with following two options:
Rebuild chimney to existing configuration with new brick that closely matches existing brick in color,
size and configuration and mortar which closely matches existing mortar in terms of color and
appearance; or
Rebuild chimney with new bricks that match color and size of existing bricks but with new chimney
corbelling per attached photograph.
Install new stainless steel chimney cap to be painted black per attached photograph.
