Description of Work Proposed:
• Alter front entry stairs with new set of wood stairs on north side. New stairs to replicate existing
stair design as closely as possible except for bottom stair which will be wood. Length of stair
rail to be determined by Building Inspector. Stair to be painted to match existing colors.
• Install air conditioning condenser unit on east side of house with a square lattice screen
constructed in wood of a minimum size that conceals the condenser. Piping to conceal electrical
elements of condenser to be painted to match the body of the building.
