Installation of solid board wood fence parallel to Lynn Street from cornerboard at rear of house to butt against
existing fence, approximately 16', 6'high with 3'gate, I x 4" boards capped boards and capped posts,finished
on both sides painted color of house. Identical fence gate to be installed parallel to Andover Street from corner
post of house to abut 12 Andover Street, 5'long. Fence to match previous fence approved by Commission in
1998, except for increase in height from 4'to 6'.
