wood 212 simulated divided light windows per Pella specifications to owner dated 414116.
• Replace one (1) bathroom single-light wood awning window with new Pella Architect Series Awning
Vent single-light wood window per specifications dated 414116.
• Replace three (3) 3-light wood basement windows to match existing.
■ Paint house with new color scheme:
o California Paint "Curry"for clapboards
o Benjamin Moore "Kendall Charcoal"for all trim, windows, and storm windows
o Benjamin Moore "Beet Root"for doors and storm doors
