Construct a single-story rear addition based on plans prepared by Helen Sides, Architect LLC dated 3123116
with the following changes—siding to be wood clapboard and not "novelty"siding and paint colors to be
determined at a later date with approval by the Commission.
Repoint brick walls and chimneys with a historic-type mortar mix, such as a S parts sand, 3 parts lime, and 1
part cement. Color to match the existing mortar.
In-kind repair and/or replacement of shutters, gutters, downspouts, and basement windows to match existing.
No changes in color, material, design, location or outward appearance.
