Remove paint from both chimneys. Rebuild one chimney (west), reusing existing bricks. If new bricks are
necessary, new bricks to be confined to interiorportion of chimney stack Lime-based mortar to match existing
color and texture. Limewash both chimneys in white to match existing color.
There will be no change to the design, material, color or outward appearance of the chimney. Non-applicable
due to being in-kind repair.
