Alter six basement windows on Derby Street elevation:four windows to have new storm windows; two windows
to be replaced with aluminum louvered vents. Vents to be painted to match foundation color(gray). All window
frames to be refurbished and painted to match existing. Removed basement windows to be retained onsite if
possible.
