Renovate existing buildingper architectural drawings prepared by Annette Popp and dated 5/15/16 with the
condition that cornice board to be recessed to a 1 112"reveal at the roof drip edge.
REVISIONS as presented on drawings prepared by Annette Popp dated 1012116:
■ Installation of two condenser units at rear(south) of building;
■ Installation of lattice and balustrade on entry stair to match similar elements on rear deck;
■ Installation of house numbers. Numbers to be brass and comply with City requirements for size;
■ Installation of new fir door with lights;
■ Installation of gas and electric meters on field(east)side of house;
■ Installation of vents with preference that vents on west elevation be placed on the body of the house. All
vents to be painted to match body of house;
■ Installation of pipes with condition that pipes are painted to match foundation.
■ Basement window openings to be filled in andparged to match foundation with option to retain window
openings on the west elevation and infill them with new windows. Applicant is to install landscaping or
fencing to screen pipes.
