aluminum conductors at areas indicated on provided elevations;Removal of existing exterior thru-wall flue&
waste vent piping on North&East facades as indicated on provided elevations; Scraping,priming&painting of
existing clapboard siding, trim&hoist beam; Restoration of existing wood arch&keystone on North facade;
Removal of existing loft doors on North facade in preparation of installation of new solid core wood true divided
lite French door&steel Juliette balcony railing; Removal,refurbishment&re-installation of sashes at all existing
windows and installation of new "white" storm windows; Refurbishment,modification& stabilization of existing
sliding barn door on North facade in preparation of installation of new internal man door; Removal of existing
skirt board around perimeter of structure in preparation of installation of new 8" composite skirt board to match
historic dimensions and profiles; Removal & salvaging of two existing wood windows on the North and East
facades in preparation of installation of new cased openings and egress doors as designated on provided
elevations; Shoring of existing Carriage house as required and installation of new concrete foundation&footings
typical around perimeter of structure.
