windows and replace exterior doors with wood panel doors (full light doors at decks as indicated on
elevations). Add 2 new masonry window openings to match existing. Paint trim and porticos. Clean
masonry and repair gutters and downspouts. Patch, paint and repair lintels. Paint existing iron fence and
relocate gate. Replace and add light fixtures.Add second floor balustrade to match exist.
Alterations to Clapboard Addition: Remove 2 exterior ramp structures. Rebuild gable dormer at
courtyard. New windows (aluminum clad, divided lite and no divided lite as indicated on elevations) and
doors (aluminum clad full lite) in new openings. Replace and paint cladding with clapboards and panels
as indicated on elevations.Add porch and balcony on Derby Street side.Add roof and landing at
courtyard entry. Add light fixtures. Reroof to match brick structure's roofing. Replace aluminum gutters
and downspouts. Install wood patio fence.Addition of landing and stairs with roof and a box bay. Metal
fence at courtyard.
