Cellar Window Repair/Vent Project (Derby Street side)
Applying for Certificate of Appropriateness: The condos are comprised of two buildings: a brick portion on the
corner of Carlton and Derby Streets and a wooden portion that sits on Derby. The repair work to be done is on
the Derby (front) side of the building.

A close-up view of the one of the left-side windows
shows the Plexiglas inset. This is the left-most
window, and one of the two we wish to replace with
an inset louver as a vent for one of the boiler rooms.
The cellar windows to be repaired/painted are to the
left and right of the door to #94 Derby with any
necessary materials replacement to be done in kind.
The louvered vents would be inset at the far left and
far right.
