Dear Mr. Bumagin:
As a follow-up to our site meeting on December 2,,d, I would like to highlight the remaining checklist
items at 81 Derby Street:
■ Please provide a schedule for the completion of exterior painting, including all trim(windows,
cornerboards, skirtboards, and rake boards)and mechanical equipment(vents and pipes).Note:
vents and pipes to be finished with a high temperature paint.
■ The corner trim boards as installed do not comply with the elevation plans dated 10/2/16
approved by the Commission(see attached Plan 3.0). Specifically, the corner trim boards extend
below the water table (see attached photo) instead of resting above a continuous horizontal water
table as shown on the plans.Please revise corner trim board and water table boards accordingly.
■ As agreed, a 51/2' tall wood fence to be installed along the west property boundary to screen pipes
and electric meter box. Fence to be a flat board fence with a cap rail and square posts with
pyramidal caps and to be constructed of cedar and painted or solid color stained.
Once the above items are complete, the Commission will remove the violation currently in effect on the
