GENERAL NOTES1. All work shall comply with the 8th Edition Residential Codebased on 2009 International Residential Building Code andMA amendments and all other applicable codes and ordinances,accepted practice, standard methods of construction and in strictcompliance with the manufacturer's instructions andrecommendations.2. All mechanical, electrical and plumbing work shall proceed ona design build basis.3. All structural elements shall be sized by structural engineer.4. Any contractor or subcontractor estimating or performing workis advised to review the entire construction document set.5. All dimensions and conditions shall be field verified.6.
