Proposal for alterations at 14-16 Hodges court
Increase window on hodges ct side of 14 and 16 Basement from 15 tall x 30 to 30 x 30 with 2 over to
match single sash of window above it. Depicted by orange arrow and light orange arrow.
Derby street side of building:
Install 33.5 x 58 window(matching window above it) on right side facing the building from Derby st
opening closest to Hodges ct. depicted by blue box.
Install wood 32 x78 door with glass top opening on the left facing the building from Derby street side
(farthest from Hodges ct)depicted in purple
Remove 20 foot section of poured concrete wall and fence from derby street side per attached.
Depicted in red
Lower grade approximately 3 feet to meet sidewalk grade.
Install retaining wall along property line and between back yard and parking area. Depicted in brown
Repair existing fence and install where need new fence to duplicate existing fence. Depicted in green
