trim of main house.
■ Install new 6'tall capped jlatboard fence around perimeter of rear property per application. Fence along
Warren Street to include 10'wide double gate in original location of previousfencegate. Fence to be painted
or stained Essex Green. GATE STILL OUTSTANDING
✓Staff has completed site visit and conf"armed that above work(except for fence gate)has been completed in
compliance with this certificate.
