■ Remove existing rear porch on carriage house and construct new covered porch per drawings prepared by
Helen Sides dated 114117.New porch to be painted white to match color of house trim.
■ Paint carriage house shingles in Benjamin Moore "Velvet Cloak" Doors and trim in white to match color of
trim of main house.
■ Install new 6'tall capped flatboard fence around perimeter of rear property per application. Fence along
Warren Street to include 10'wide double gate in original location of previous fence gate. Fence to be painted
or stained Essex Green.
Upon completion of work,please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of Certificate.
