Rebuild one chimney (north) on main roof. Reuse existing bricks with any new bricks to match existing. Mortar
color and texture also to match existing. Install new lead flashing.
There will be no change to the design, material, color or outward appearance of the chimney.
Note: Request to add chimney cap requires approval under an application for a Certificate of
Appropriateness. The submitted application has been so modified, abutters will be notified and the review is
schedule for the public meeting of April 6, 2016 at 7 pm.
