Repaint exterior to match existing colors: Benjamin Moore Sandy Hook Gray HC-108 for siding; Benjamin
Moore White Dove PM-19 for trim; and Benjamin Moore Black for shutters,front door and window sashes.
In-kind repair and/or replacement of wood clapboard siding and lead flashing over all windows.
Removal of existing wood window sash and shutters for off-site restoration. All existing windows and shutters
to be reinstalled when restoration is complete.
There will be no changes to the color, material, design, location or outward appearance of the house. Non-
applicable due to being in-kind repainting and replacement.
