In-kind repair and/or replacement of wood clapboard siding and lead flashing over all windows. Removal of existing wood window sash and shutters for off-site restoration. All existing windows and shutters to be reinstalled when restoration is complete. There will be no changes to the color, material, design, location or outward appearance of the house.
