Prep,primate and paint all four elevations of the Phillips House to match existing colors: gray for
exterior cladding; black for shutters and white for trim and windows.
There will be no changes in color, material, design, location or outward appearance. Non-applicable
due to being in-kind repainting.

violation). All work commenced must be completed within one year from this date unless otherwise indicated.
